  1. Thank you so much for this beautiful practice. Peace is the only thing that comes to my mind when I think about an intention or what I am grateful for. I live for peace, I breathe peace, this is all that I want and all that I need. With everything that is going on outside of me, this is truly the only thing I need to be dedicated to : yoga and meditation. If I am at peace, more likely, the outside world will be.

  4. I have a question. I have been sitting for long commutes now and my left hip has gotten to the point where I can’t lift my knee up since my hip flexor is so tight. How long should I try and hold the pose for the stretch? I have been trying this stretch( obviously not the same stretch) but haven’t felt any improvement.

  5. Just started the video and I *love* the power in your voice! I don't dislike the whispery ASMR type voice you use in other videos but your voice in this video feels more authentic and relatable. Thanks for sharing your classes 🙂
