  1. i feel very relaxed and stretched out. but my stomach kept getting in the way 😂 thanks for the session 🤍

  2. This was nice. I'm writing a comment because i want you to know that i appreciate you taking the time to make this video, and also because video comments will benefit this channel via the algorithm for viewership on this platform.

  3. This was a nice session for me having done three sessions of yours here via YouTube and not going to a yoga class in three year or more. I had to modify and not do the chattaranga due to should instability and pain from biceps tendon tear, rotator uff tear, labrum tear, and basically it is calcified on the supraspinatus since surgery in 2007. I love yoga. I wish I had some instruction on a vinyasa flow that was a work around and gently improved my shoulder. I haven't been able to do so many things I want or in makes things I enjoy more challenging and less enjoyable. I am 43 and want to get in the best shape I can and feel great and then maintain that. Anyways thanks for your channel, I'll continue to explore your videos. I feel like this is what I should have done years ago and got cert for yoga instructor. I'm a registered
    nurse though.

  8. This is Epic! Well-designed sequences, clear explanation, and well-balanced yin and yang. I really enjoyed this practice. Thank you very much!

  9. Just finished my first run through, I think that next time I might run it through at 75% speed. Some will say it is already nice and slow, but some of us need the extra time. Thank you very much for the clear instruction, I can see this being very beneficial.

  10. Hey! I love this video and have done it about 20 times now. It's getting easier for me so I'm wondering what to do next for variety. I find the Yoga for Men videos too hard. I need something with a similar level of detailed instructions as this one as I'm very new to yoga just in the last month.

  11. Wow! This was such a good practice! The calm encouragement and detailed explanations really helped too. Thank you! 🙏🏾

  12. I'm sooo happy i found you, you make it so easy to want to practice yoga, it is as if you knew what my questions would be and answered them, even before I asked them. Thank you so much

  13. i can literally only get through 22min of this, but hey thats something right? next time our try to hang on longer.. I hope.
