  1. Just found this class. What does it mean to "breathe through" your low back. Only started yoga practice 2 months ago during pandemic.

  2. Thanks 🙏 Your flow really helps me to boost my energy and strength after having a bad reaction to COVID Vaccine. I’m still having muscle and joint pain, but thanks to you that I am better. 😇

  3. The last time I was in a yoga studio was early March, but with these wonderful online classes, I actually don’t miss in person class as much as I thought that I would. I had a very established practice before the pandemic, which of course helped me make the transition.
Still, looking forward to the day when we can safely practice together inside a studio.

  4. I did an hour yoga flow by someone else on YouTube today just to change it up and I had to stop before it was over cause the instructor was annoying me, and I didn’t like the practice. I’m gonna have to go on now and do this one with you to feel complete for the day 🤣.

  5. I observed this class for my 200 hr and I love it! Getting lots of inspiration for teaching a beginner class!! Thank you 🙏🏻

  6. This is pretty much close to a perfect well balanced class and what’s not to love about the singing birds !
