  1. Please can someone help me with translation of the opening and closing (roughly) into english? I recently sratrted practicing sivananda yoga and absolutely love it! By far my favourite form of yoga that I have tried and I love the relaxing sound of the prayers yet struggle to have any idea of what is being said.
