I absolutely loved this workout. I was energizing, upbeat, and challenging. I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and this one is a keeper. It is a great adjunct workout for my days off weight training. I love how well she explains the movements and the pace is perfect so I don't get bored. Great job Jess! Keep it coming. I enjoyed the flow, and I don't want to be rude…but it would have been better if the woman in the pink top didn't have to comment and moan so much. It was distracting to hear her throughout the practice.

This has been amazing to help me sequencing my first classes Tricks.Yoga I LOVE THIS BOOK. I definitely recommend it to any new yoga teacher, who feels like a bit of advice from more experienced yogis. It's always good to even check up or review a sequence one has already made. Great purchase!
This is a great video but I think it’s misleading in saying that it’s for all levels. I’m an intermediate yogi and I feel this would be very discouraging to a beginner at the regular speed unless they slow down the video. It’s ok to take breaks, use props and modify! Stay strong.

I had to stop at ten minutes because the girls that are moaning in the video regularly are distracting and creeping me out.
Although I appreciate the free yoga videos and all the videos through pop sugar, this one was way too fast. I know it's "power" yoga but that doesn't necessarily mean "speed" yoga. I found by the time I got into the move we were onto the next one. I didn't feel like I got a good stretch or hold on the moves because we were racing through them. I did like the moves and it is obvious that Jess knows her yoga but a little slower and with more emphasis on the "power" moves would be great.

I'm 56 yo and bench press twice my weight and have 10% body fat – I do it with creatine, protein isolate, and eating not only the right foods but also at the right time – It's not hard PPL – just research it and do it. Not rocket science.
