  2. Beginner basic, easy class for anyone that is just starting out or someone that just wants to remind themselves or various important points of fundamental poses.

  3. This was great for a lunch time flow. I really enjoyed that it was intermediate yoga but it felt like there was zero pressure to push ourselves beyond what our bodies are comfortable doing. This was a great way to connect my mind and body. Thanks!

  4. I normally do a 15 minute routine from my yoga app. However I was looking for something longer like a 30 minute practice with some intense poses that linger with you for the rest of the day. I stumbled upon Briohni channel and the video clicked. I bookmarked it for Sunday. Checking it out all through the week, I was looking forward to do follow this practice.

    So today was Sunday, lo and behold, It was intense. When I washed up my face, I saw drops of sweat all over my forehead and cheek. I was delivered delighted because I did not feel even the slightest discomfort because of the sweat. The practice was doing its thing. Building resilance, control and patience.

    However after taking an apple Salad, I slept for like 3 hours, which I did not intend to do. I expect my morning practice to keep me energised for the day. This one borders a bit on aerobics I feel, because my muscles really enjoyed the sleep.

    I hope somebody can suggest something that builds energy not fatigue. I am studying for an exam and looking to build focus and mental energy.

  5. The sound is only in one earphone. All other videos are working fine, it's like they put a setting wrong on this particular one. Impossible to listen to!

  6. How graceful was your hand stands. I was not able to do it but enjoyed looking you do it. Like a ballerina with the legs in the air

  7. I thought this flow was perfect for what I require at the moment, which is while in a Covid lockdown, something not too long but just enough to do each day to maintain my practice. I thought the instruction was some of the best I had heard in any yoga class, I learnt more than I have by attending my regular studio. Thankyou Briohny 🙂

  10. This is such a wonderful class, thank you!!! Feeling amazing and I love your explanations. I am 2 months into doing Yoga and love to learn and understand why I am doing something and what I am doing. It helps increase intensity if you know what's going on instead of following movements that I don't understand yet. Much love!! <3
