This 30 minute version of these poses is perfect for me to ease my way into the full longer sequence. I'm 51 and have a lot of areas that are so tight and not flexible right now. Before COVID, I was going to yoga 3-4 days a week and after losing that practice, my body is not in the best state. I will be doing this several times a week (along with going back into the studio for other classes to try and get my range of motion and flexibility back to where it was. Thank you for sharing this.
My girl and I love holding poses to improve stretching and this practice here was perfect for that!
