  1. I would take a wild guess and place this in Southern California. It is so authentic and heart ceneterd. One thing, I was wondering if the order could be changed, in practice so to make it more flowing, e.g. all back postures together and all sitting postures together. I guess I'm wondering if there is a deep reason for existing order or if can be played with.

  3. Perhaps an odd comment. With pidgin normally when I see instructors doing it "incorrectly" I automatically feel like they are youtube trained or just don't know what they're doing. It was nice you told how to do it while acknowledging your limitation. It provided the info while acknowledging you're a human whos currently limited. Gave the teaching an authentic, coming from the heart feel, vs some of the "canned" vids on youtube. Look forward to watching some of your other videos

  4. Thank you so much for this video! With all kinds of stress from school this really relaxed me. I am a dancer so I'm pretty flexible but usually I don't take lots of time to stretch and when I push myself and go fast I forget to breathe and then I usually start getting really anxious and start breathing shallow. Practicing after this when I slid into a split it was so much easier because I really took the time to breathe and really stretch the muscles. After the video I felt so relaxed and I have started to make this yin yoga pat of my nightly routine. Thank you so much

While quickly absorbing the advantage of the yoga mat from a floor position (hah), it does make a difference, in just one class … I'm excited about continuing with you. With the yoga mat, lol.   6. So I never saw the point in yoga, never gave it a shot. Recently, though, I've been super stressed and my muscles are tight and hurt. So I thought, why not? I came across this video and it just changed me! I can't tell you how good I feel afterwards. I have completely changed my attitude toward yoga. THANK YOU!
