  4. I do this every twice a week I do 2 days HIIT, 2 days strength training and 2 days yoga this has done wonders for me !!! I feel like I won't go to gym ever my home itself is a gym for me ❤️❤️

  7. I have been feeling exhausted lately and haven't been waking up with the same energy as usual. This class seems to put me back to where I need to be before a long, potentially stressful, busy day. Thank you. It's easy to follow your instructions without watching you, I don't find that all the time.
