    I used to be very fit and strong, but now I'm dealing with a lot of injuries and instability from pregnancy. Stress has my whole body super tight with tension which increases my likelihood of further injury. My physical therapist recommended I try some yoga before bed to help with my sleep and also to help stretch out my body. This flow is perfect for it!
