  1. Warming up is so important! It helps reduce the risk of overstretching a muscle and causing injury. This is a quick, yet effective warm-up routine that you can complete before a workout session or longer yoga flow. Save this video so you can come back to it often! 🙂

  2. This was amazing! Helped me warm my body since I was cold, and feel good to stretch! Some parts hurt like crazy! But thats the part of improvement for flexibility. Love this!

  3. bravooooo, i followed you by myself – so so rare act for me and i like yoga with your videos more than ever… its not suddenly that you have so many people that like your work… 🙂

  4. Well done. For a guy who is not very good at yoga, this was a great workout. Your beautifully relaxing voice kept me motivated.

  5. Honestly, I have been doing yoga for 2 and a half years and I have never done one this good before. I am so grateful that I found your page.

  6. Thank you. I have been looking for something to easy my way from slumber into exercise in the morning. Some warm up exercises, of the compound movement type, are just a little much "for me" upon waking up. With this flow, I can easy follow it with a dynamical warm up routine (~10 min in length), then move onto a full body routine with weights…and finish all of it within an hour or so of waking up.

  7. thank you perfect warmup I needed and the lighting on you was perfect too. Thanks for sharing 🙂

  8. Anotehr great day with Jessica thank you for this video, it help me stretch and get my moring a big boost. Anybody that hasn't done yoga it truly build up strength and balance. Thank you sending you all love !!!

  9. I am going to try to do this everyday. It is physically impossible for me to touch my toe/ground with my legs straight. I can only touch right below my knees right now 🙁 I want to be flexible!!!
