For the busy bees and busy people out there – this is a short full body Breathe and Flow vinyasa yoga class. You only need about 15 minutes for this class, which I hope everyone can dedicate each day for self care. This yoga class is also suitable for beginners and will leave you energized and ready for the day. I hope you can dedicate a few minutes in the end for a seated meditation. Breathe and Flow is a travel, yoga and lifestyle channel.   2. There's too much plank in the morning workouts. I'm stiff and tired and don't have the power to that in the morning

  3. Had my toddlers join me on this one… they actually followed along for a solid 7 minutes. Sorry, I had to drop out after the final chatarunga – having both toddlers o my back makes it rather hard to do anything without the risk of injury! 😉 ThT being said- we all had a great time! Thanks B&F!
