  5. I've done the table position just to breathe and get up before,but never as an actual part of yoga. I really enjoyed this,it was just challenging enough that I didn't feel as if I was doing nothing,but easy enough that I wasn't forced to quit. I also appreciate that you make sure to say that it's okay to drop back to child's pose/take a rest,or to extend simply as much as you can.

  6. Thank you SO MUCH for this video! Do you know that I have been following you and watching your videos for about 4 years?! (Or is it 5?!). My yoga practice has ebbed and flowed so much during that time–from me gaining my splits and almost advancing to the second series of Ashtanga, to actually not doing yoga for about a year, to being pregnant and having a child and not being active during my pregnancy. My daughter is 4 months now and I am coming back to yoga after an insanely long period of being inactive. Needless to say, my body is less flexible and less strong in a way I've never seen before. I say all this to say: this video is PERFECT for a beginner–I was able to do the whole video and I enjoyed the Svasana at the end. Thank you for doing all that you do–your yoga videos are the best!! <3 Thank you for this video!

I have been trying to get hubby to do your classes as he has had some serious injuries that he’s been rehabilitating from nearly five years ago. This was the perfect way to introduce him to your practice, it was so gentle and eased him into some of the core positions. I also love to go back and do these types of classes and reconnect with my alignment and positions.   12. thank you for this video, been following along your channel for a while, and though there are many channels out there, I really appreciate your calm voiceover, but also how gentle your beginners videos are, other videos out there leaves me frustrated cause they seem advanced for a beginners video!, I have done the 30 day challenge halfway before and need to get back to it.

  13. I've been practicing for 5 years and this was a really nice, quick practice. I've also decided to do my yoga teacher training, doesn't start until next year but I'm so excited!!
