  1. thank you, i was very angered today and this helped me. some da hood exploiter decided to kill me. my friend jamal wouldn't tell me to breathe so i got angered and i found this. thank you floating yoga school. the 'relax' comments were very helpful, i almost fell asleep!. this was reminding me to keep my calm. >.<
