1 Hour Mindful Yoga Flow | Full Body Stretch – Intermediate Level Class



I’m so excited to share this class with you and I hope you love it as much as I did! Quite a few people have requested a full length yoga flow, so here it is. 🙂
A 60+ minute mindful sequence to help you get out of the head and into the heart. ✨
We’ll begin with seated breath-work incorporating a technique called ‘4-part breath’ to calm the mind. Then we will move into our warm-up, main sequence, standing postures and end with gentle grounding stretches + (the best part) savasana.

  5. Why you have 720p only? Although you are one of the best content providers for yoga sessions I've been able to find so far.
    I'm new to yoga and cannot find the type of content that beginners really need. Something like a series of 3-5 videos:
    Video 1: complete intro the core of this sport (theoretically–concise and to the point), this will be a history lesson basically.
    Video 2&3: details about performing the majors yoga moves and their targeted muscle groups.
    Video 4&5: 10 minute session, 20 minutes session, and intro to freestyle (going with the flow).

  6. I did this for the first time today, and I don't know why, but I cried at one point. This never happened to me before, I just bawled my eyes out mid arsana. Just want to thank you for literally introducing me to yoga, and helping me process unpacked emotions. I'll keep doing this. So much love to you.
