1-Hour Advanced Vinyasa Yoga | Breathe and Flow Yoga

This is an advanced 50 minute energizing Breathe and Flow vinyasa yoga practice with Flo. This is not recommended if you’re new to yoga. Some of you wanted longer yoga classes, well, here it is. We start off with nadi shodhana alternating nostril breathing pranayama continue with a modern and creative vinyasa flow sequence and finish off with a short guided meditation. This class is for all levels and we hope you enjoy this one as much as we did filming it.

I've been practicing yoga for over a decade & I've never before taken a class where so much attention was paid to developing the muscles that will make more advanced poses a natural progression of someone's evolving practice. This class truly shows the importance of building a super strong foundation(starting with the breath, of course). The attention to detail here is insane, and now sitting here at the end of it I'm so glad you took so much time to make sure we were paying attention to the intricacies of each pose. I'm sharing this video immediately, it's so good. So glad to have found this channel!

  8. Before I did this workout, I ate a stack of vegan peanut butter pancakes. During this workout, my 90 year old grandma texted me with a picture of her and her friends at a tea party. Yes. The picture is as cute as it sounds. 👵💕
